The double kettlebell snatch, touched upon lightly, as it is designed for power.
The coveted single leg squat, or "pistol", and other bodyweight strength drills including, but not limited to, spotted handstands, drills from the TAPS bar, and beyond.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME; PROGRESSIONS WILL BE COVERED FOR ALL EXERCISES.
